Legislative Update: Capitol Conservation Day at the Georgia State Capitol in Atlanta - Feb 18, 2015 in partnership with the Georgia Water Coalition. WEAR GREEN!!! Click here for the EVITE. With "Beautification . . . Conservation . . . Education" as our Mission, GCG and its Legislative Team encourages individual members to contact their elected officials as constituents especially about conservation issues. Historic Preservation: The Historic Garden Grants Program will again feature a Fantastic Lecture for the 2015 fund raiser rather than a Garden Pilgrimage. Place April 22, 2015 on your calendar, and come to Atlanta to hear noted British author, Andrea Wulf, discuss her book "The Brother Gardeners."Click here for ticket order form.

Scholarship News: The Garden Club of Georgia, Inc. continues in its commitment to the future of our state's young people and is proud to announce that in 2014-2015, $52,000 was awarded to 17 students; in 2015-2016, $62,600 was awarded to 32 students; for a total amount of $114,600 awarded to 49 Georgia college students majoring in garden-related areas during the past administration. Over 70 applications were read and evaluated by the Scholarship Committee.

Twenty campers attended the GCG 7th annual Wild and Wonderful Experience camp. A video was recorded for you to "experience" the magic of camp.
